WHAT IS INITIATIVE’S TIMING FOR RETURNING TO THE OFFICE?
Initiative will give ample notice before any intentional RTO date is set. Initiative will not be requiring any employees to return to the office in 2021.
CAN I HAVE PERSONAL PACKAGES SENT TO THE OFFICE?
We will no longer allow employees to have personal items shipped to the office.
CAN WE REQUEST A STANDING DESK OR TAKE HOME OUR OFFICE FURNITURE?
Office furniture will not be permitted to leave the office at this time. If you require a standing desk or ergonomic chair, requests can be made to Accommodations [email protected]. You will be asked to provide a doctor’s note.
WHEN WE RETURN TO THE OFFICE, WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WILL BE IN PLACE?
We are in the process of implementing safety procedures. These procedures and new policies will be communicated to the office once completed.
